• Professor Azaiki (OON) holds a PhD in Agriculture and an MBA in Project Management. He is an Alumnus of Harvard, Oxford University and the University of Abidjan in Cote d’Ivoire. He was the pioneer Commissioner for Agriculture and also two times Secretary to the Government of Bayelsa State. Professor Azaiki seats on Board of several companies and organizations and brings to the Board of STI Leasing Limited his wealth of experience in both the private and public sectors of the Nigerian economy.
• Mr. Wale Onaolapo is a seasoned insurance professional with entrepreneurial bent. He is the current Group MD/CEO of Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc. He holds a Diploma in journalism from the London School of Journalism and an MBA from Lagos State University with special bias in Marketing Management. He is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London and Nigeria respectively. He was recently elected Member of the Governing Council of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, CIIN.
• Deacon Tom Ogboi is an Alumnus of Yaba College of Technology, ESUT University and the prestigious Lagos Business School. He holds an MBA and seats on the Boards of several companies and institutions. He trained in England as a Risk Manager specializing in oil and gas insurance.
• Ms. Emi Faloughi is a graduate of Hunter College New York with a Masters in Urban Planning, & a Graduate from London Guildhall University with a degree in Communications and Spanish. Formerly an Urban Planner in the US states of New York and Philadelphia, she is a seasoned professional with 8 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry as a business systems, and procurement specialist for Shell Petroleum Development Company. She is Vice President of TEEOF Holdings LTD a company with a diverse portfolio spanning the entertainment and realty sectors.

• Olumide Onigbinde holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Osun State Polytechnic (Iree), a PGD in Accounting from Lagos State University (LASU) he is currently running an MBA program in Marketing at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomosho. He started his Leasing career in 2004 when he joined the employment of Cashlink Finance & Investment Plc as a Credit/Lease analyst. In 2007 he joined Cornerstone Leasing Limited as a risk analyst and rose to become Head Credit Control. Prior to joining STI Leasing Limited he was the Head of Operations at Statefarm Investment Limited a subsidiary/investment arm of Anchor Insurance Company Ltd. He is an Associate of the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN) having attended several trainings and courses on leasing.

• Akinwunmi Adesola is an Alumnus of the University of Lagos, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geography and Planning. He is currently running his Masters Degree in Managerial Psychology from the same University. Prior to joining STI Leasing Limited he worked with Rosabon Financial Services Ltd where he was the Unit Head, Corporate Lease. He is also an Associate of the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN) having attended several courses and trainings on leasing.

• Sunday Omosofe, is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountantof Nigeria (ICAN) andan Alumnus of the Ogun State Polytechnic where he obtained a Higher National Diploma in Accounting (Distinction). He joined the services of STI Leasing Limited from Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc. where he worked in several financial advisory positions. He had previously worked at UACN Plc and Pinnacle Wireless Limited. He’s highly experienced in financial accounting and reporting.
